Our founding partner has worked for more than 15 years on bringing to Lebanon the best of the culinary heritage in the Italian lands, from north to south, a heritage that echoes our own in Byblos, across the old sea. As our founding Chef, a brilliant artist with 40 years of experience, comes from Tuscany, the cuisine of his region is particularly honored on our menu. We bring for the first time in Lebanon, the jewel of the Italian art of baking; the Acunto Forno. This wood fire oven from Napoli is a masterpiece matured through four generations of craftsmanship, since 1892. Acunto is key to the fantastic Napolitana Pizza prepared by our outstanding Pizzaiolo, the same way the best pizza is still prepared in Napoli, with attention to details such as room temperature, oven temperature and of course, the high quality ingredients. With our freshly made pizzas, pastas, risotto and other dishes, we promise you much more than a meal, rather a journey, and a memory to endure in our Mediterranean garden, where al fresco dining will make you simply happy.
