Omega Software is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our international growth.

About the role:

This is a senior, trusted role.

What you will do

• Build and own the marketing plan across our current markets and new ones as we expand
• Brief, manage and challenge our team, and approve all campaigns before launch
• Monitor Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, website performance and conversions
• Move budget toward what works and cut what does not
• Make sure every lead is tracked from first contact to signed client
• Work closely with sales on lead quality and follow up
• Lead product launches and build case studies, testimonials and demo content
• Guide our in house designer and protect brand consistency
• Run a referral program for existing clients and support our resellers
• Report monthly on spend, leads, signed clients and cost per client

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years in marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role
• Experience marketing software, technology or services to businesses
• Proven experience managing agencies and paid advertising budgets
• Hands on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics
• Experience using a CRM and building lead generation reports
• Experience marketing across the Middle East, and the ability to take campaigns into new international markets
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
• Comfortable with numbers and making decisions from data
• Creative, with a strong eye for content and campaign ideas
• Trustworthy, independent and able to work closely with leadership based abroad

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant technology
• Experience launching software products or features
• Experience with WhatsApp Business marketing
